MHKO
OPERATING REQUIREMENTS

The MHKO shall comply with all state and county regulations. To obtain a permit, vendors must submit standard operation procedures, pass a kitchen inspection and a food safety management certification course.

House Chefs can cook a maximum of 30 meals per day & a total of 60 meals per week and comply to a annual sales cap of $50K.

All food must be prepared, cooked, and served on the same day. House Chefs cannot serve or use raw milk, serve raw oysters, or any foods that would require a HACCP plan.

Deliveries must be made by an employee, family member, or a household member.
